We’re a small team — all based in Phnom Penh. Most of us worked at Cambodian shops, restaurants, or distributors before writing a line of code for KustomAI. We know what a midnight stock-count feels like, what a Friday-night wifi outage does to a rush, and why “contact sales” is a dirty phrase.

How we work

• We ship something every day. Not a sprint demo, not a quarterly release — real improvements to your register, your reports, your assistant, daily.
• We’re one message away. Every teammate below is reachable on Telegram or Messenger. No ticket queue. No support tier only Enterprise unlocks.
• We say no to things. Better to do a few modules exceptionally well than fifty passably. If a feature doesn’t help a Cambodian SME run a better shop, it doesn’t ship.
• Your data stays yours. We’re the caretaker, not the owner. Export anytime, delete anytime, no lock-in.

  Managing Partner

  Leads the firm. Spent five years running operations at a 40-outlet F&B group before founding KustomAI. Scopes engagements, keeps clients close, answers the phone when it rings at 11pm.

  Sophea Chan
  Lead Technical Consultant (TC)

  Architects the implementation side — offline-first register, inventory engine, custom API integrations. Previously ran platform teams at a regional logistics unicorn.

  Lina Prak
  Lead Functional Consultant (FC)

  Translates shop-owner workflows into KustomAI config — menu structure, pricing, tax setup, HR policies, GDT compliance. Khmer, English, and a bit of French when the client insists.

  Technical Consultant (TC)

  Owns payment and tax integrations — ABA, Wing, KHQR, Pi Pay, GDT e-invoicing. Keeps the plumbing working between KustomAI and everything else in your stack.

  Functional Consultant (FC)

  Specializes in accounting and inventory onboarding. Walks new shops through chart of accounts, VAT codes, stock baselines, and payroll setup on day one.

  Verifies every deployment matches the client’s actual workflow before go-live. Has run acceptance tests on-site in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Battambang.
